A: You will find the list of your rewards in the ‘Me’ section.<\/span>

Q: There is no sound while playing <\/span>
A: Please ensure that you have a stable line while listening. There maybe interruption if you’re in a tunnel, basement or forest. If issue persist, please email to 988webmaster@gmail.com and we will work on it.<\/span>

A: Depending on the particular reward, you may redeem it instores or online. All information are writing in the reward sections.<\/span>

A: Slide the mini player up and you will see the last 10 songs.<\/span>

Q: How do I listen to a program that was on yesterday\/last week?<\/span>
A: Scroll to our ‘Daily Schedule’ section on the main page and you will find all of our past 7 days program. After 7 days, contents will be replaced with new contents.<\/span>

Q: How do I call in as a caller?<\/span>


Q: Why are the Daily Schedule, Podcast and Video content not available on your website?<\/span>
A: All content are only available on our app but stay tune as we will bring the same experience on desktop in 2020!<\/span>

Q: Can I listen to the radio without signing in?<\/span>
A: Yes you may but you will miss out on our other features such as podcast, videos and rewards.<\/span>

Q: Can I download the podcast? <\/span>
A: No.<\/span>

Q: Will my bookmarked podcast\/article\/video be remove? <\/span>
A: Your bookmarked items will stay for as long as you wish with a maximum of 50 items.<\/span>

Q: How do I remove bookmarked items? <\/span>
A: By going to ‘Me’ sections and onto the ‘Bookmark’ tab, slide to left on the item you wish to remove.<\/span>
